Day 6: Cancel that.

We’re nearly halfway through our experiment together. I don’t know about you, but all of this doing less is making me feel like I have so much more time!

Isn’t it so cool how even though we actually have the same amount of time each day, we can take actions and change our mind so that we feel like we have more time?

Today is about that very thing. It’s a way to instantly get your time back, in fact.

I saw this meme floating around online and I LOVED it.

Never put off until tomorrow what you can straight-up cancel.

How true is this? How much stuff do we have on our plate that is just unnecessary?
